Guests can access the property for check-in at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is scheduled for 10.00 am
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is not possible to host people other than those registered at check-in, therefore access to the property is not permitted to other people, either for overnight stays or for temporary passage. At checkout, if a violation of what is written is found, a penalty of €100 will be applied for each unregistered person.
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any initiative that could cause disturbance to the neighborhood. In compliance with good manners, we therefore ask you to avoid any "loud" noise (loud noises, music, ....) after 11.00 pm.
Both check-in and check-out must be done in the presence of the Host
The house is completely available to guests.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
